Great location ! Great coffee ??
i came at 8:10pm and it show that the closing time is 9:00 pm. However, its closed and no more service even someone is there.
I am giving only 3 stars because the staff here can sometimes seem a little grumpy and make you feel as though you are bothering... them. This particular location is located in a nice large plaza with plenty of parking. Its convenient and larger inside thanmost. Read more
Typical Starbucks fashion the coffee was good, the employees had a little bit of an attitude but, for the most part we're pretty... friendly it might have just been a bad day. Prices could be lower. Inflation and covid have really upped the priceunfortunately. Read more
It was a little rough. We walked in for the BOGO event. It was empty. Cashier was defensive about app download and sign in right... out the gate. Not a friendly. I repeat not a friendly. We had downloaded the barcode and when we scanned it she said oh you needto sign in. So we signed in and then of course that wasnt the issue, she just didnt know how to make the drink discount comeoff. She called a sup over who made the discount appear. I ordered a Carmel Ribbon Frap but was given a regular Carmel Frap andby this point just we just chuckled as I am a 15 year gold card member. Definitely some training on the touch screen and anattitude adjustment is in order for this nube. The store was clean and well stocked. Condiment bar and tables were clean as wasthe restroom. So many Starbucks in Temecula, but I go all the way across town to this one in South Temecula. The drive thru lines are long in... the morning, but it's still worth it for the friendly customer service and never having my order screwed up in the years I'vebeen going there. --- Trenta size Refreshers are fantastic. Went to the Starbucks in Ralph's on Temecula Parkway bought two trenta Strawberry Acai refreshers and it was mostly water with... no strawberries in it, and then they gave us the wrong sandwich and when we took it back for the right one they decided to notgive it to us and left it sat there for like 10minutes when we asked for it the barista was like "oh oops we forgot". (Mind you,there were 4 people working it) So we ended up with two sandwiches that were cold. We spend way too much money at yourestablishment to get bad serivice and wrong orders. Very disappointed. Next time we will go find a different coffee shop to haveour lunch in. Read more
