Coffee was great customer service was all right they could be a little faster
I?ve been working at the mall for almost 5 years and have always enjoyed my mall Starbucks trips. They closed the store down for... a while when going under new management and retraining a whole new staff. The new male managers are rude. The baristas are rude.They STILL can?t make drinks right. They don?t acknowledge you when you?re at the counter to get your online order. I used to befriends with the old baristas that worked there before they closed the store down and I don?t want to have any type ofrelationship with any employees in this Starbucks. Me and my associates only go to the Macys Starbucks now because they?re nice,they care and they know how to make drinks correctly. Read more

Customer service? just WOW. And not in a good way. Los Alamos location made my coffee wrong, I didn?t taste my coffee til I was... already on the freeway. Made my grande coffee with splash of cream and 2 sugars with 1/2 the cup of cream instead. I was closeto this Starbucks location in the mall next to Old Navy and just asked if I could be poured a new cup, and showed them a fullcup of cream. The girl behind the counter stared at me blankly , rolled her eyes and said I have other ordered I need to makeand walked away. Another worker asked to help, I explained again and she made a huge deal. ?We can?t do that, we can?t just beremaking orders? I?m like really!? It?s not a latte, with a shot, I?m not adding syrup?.it?s just a coffee with a splash ofcream and 2 sugars, I can show you my order. She poured the coffee and kept repeating herself. LOOK, I get it! But it?s just aplane coffee, trust me I will never go back to this location again! I plan on writing corporate because the Starbucks in thisarea in general lack customer service. The employees always have a chip on their shoulders. Corporate needs to pay them betteror do more employees bonding or incentives to have good customer service. Take a lesson or 2 from the San Diego locations. Read more
