Bad customer service. When mybwife and i received our drinks they were not as we ordered them, and we were very specific on what... we wanted when we ordered. When we brought the misunderstanding up with them they got defensive and tried to turn the situationaround on us, as though we were in the wrong. 2 of the employees were talking back to us in loud (outdoor) voices. Basicallyyelling at us. They were exhibiting extremely poor customer service. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would notrecommend this location. My wife and I frequent another Sharetea in Redlands, and the Redlands location we would recommend. Read more

The tea was good but the service is really slow! Also if you are going to have your customers wait over 15 minutes for a drink... at least have the air conditioning on. It was really warm inside this place the day I visited. Overall the tea is good but it'sjust not worth dealing with the slow service and lifeless employees. Read more

Glad to see some good boba in this area! Chewy pearls, pretty customizable, basically same as the one is San Diego. Kinda hard... to get to since its tucked away in a plaza. Service is kind, fast, patient, and good quality drinks! Read more
