My husband and I have purchased boba tea at ShareTea twice and both times we were happy with the service, price and drink... quality. Workers are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the different beverage choices and make beverages very quickly. Read more

Bad customer service. When mybwife and i received our drinks they were not as we ordered them, and we were very specific on what... we wanted when we ordered. When we brought the misunderstanding up with them they got defensive and tried to turn the situationaround on us, as though we were in the wrong. 2 of the employees were talking back to us in loud (outdoor) voices. Basicallyyelling at us. They were exhibiting extremely poor customer service. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would notrecommend this location. My wife and I frequent another Sharetea in Redlands, and the Redlands location we would recommend. Read more
