Possibly the worst fast food meal I've ever had! Service was extremely slow. Staff was unattentive . Resturant was dirty. My... order took over 45 min to be prepared. Most sides were out of stock. My family and love to eat at Popeyes, it is very good chicken and the sides are excellent. However, this location served us a... chicken nugget with a long piece of someone's hair baked in it!! We immediately got turned off and didn't finish it. The girldidn't give me a receipt and unfortunately I didn't have to time to go back and show them and complain. Popeyes isn't cheapsometimes to feed your family of three men! Employees really need to watch their cleanliness, very important. Keep Popeyeschicken great by watching your selves please ????. Although the chicken is good here is not worth the wait and I've been here several times where they ran out of chicken or I... couldn't be served when they weren't even closed yet, don't go here at night as they appear closed when they're not and it seemslike the staff just didn't want to serve guests. Either way the past few times we came here we left with no good and then drovedown the street to KFC to get food which is our new chicken spot and they always have chicken and they always wait on us nomatter what time we come! Go to the Murrieta location. Terrible customer service. People were waiting in line to order and the manager never acknowledged... them or took their orders, so they left. We placed a mobile order an hour prior and when we went to pick it up, it wasn't evenready. We brought it up to the managers attention and he was so rude about it. We have never experienced this issue at theMurrieta location. We won't be visiting this location anymore. Read more
This place has VERY very slow service. I have been here about five times, and each time I wait an unreasonably long time to... order and get my food. Then sometimes they end up getting my order wrong either way. when I just recently went today, they toldme I had to wait five minutes for my chicken tenders, and then continue to forget I was parked out front where they asked me towait. after 20 minutes of waiting I walked inside and explained my situation to them, and the employee just walked away and caneback with the manager. Then the manager walked up and asked for a receipt which I was not given in the drive-through. I feel asthough the management here is very laid back, the three kids at the window we?re just laughing and talking when I pulled up.It?s a very lazy environment and not business serious at all. I went to Popeyes three times in the past week. Twice with my grandson, and once with my granddaughter. Popeyes is their... favorite restaurant. I love the front manager. She?s a young black lady. She?s always so kind and if there?s a problem she?s onit. She even went out of her way to have my food brought to me. I wish I knew her name because she?s an asset to thisPopeyes. Disappointed barely covers my feelings regarding the chicken tenders I paid over $8 for. To be completely honest, I'm not even... sure what I was served. Each piece was SUPER thin and covered in something resembling burnt Panko crumbs. I've never ordered thechicken tenders from Popeye's, but I have to believe that this CHICKEN restaurant can do better than this!
