I love papa John's. but this last pizza i ordered I was not happy with. I haven't ordered the works in a long time but I have... normally ordered ultimate pepperoni. where the pepperonis are on top of the cheese. but if you order the works pizza they throwall the ingredients on the pizza and THEN the cheese ? A slice of this pizza had ingredients under a blanket of cheese that thecheese didn't even touch the dough. i called the manager and told him I was not happy with it and he said thats how they make itand that if i was unhappy with it then for next time to tell them. I had gone in to pick up an order for postmates, there were alot of people working. But they were all moving so slow. I was told... it would be 8 minutes, but it ended up being almost 30 minutes. The kept saying my order is almost ready. Finally after themanager had asked me who I was picking up for, I told her and she found my order. Apparently it had all been ready about 7minutes ago. But no one had said anything. Doing orders is my livelihood. They are messing with it. Read more
Tonight this team made their best pizza I've had all year! In the past it wasn't so great, but now it's totally worth it. I've only ever had one bad pizza before. With that said the pizza is decent, I like the extras ( banana peppers and butter... garlic dip). But the toppings were just sparse for a 2 topping pizza and sauce what a little too sweet for my liking. Bread wasa little doughy, but that could just be a personal preference. Given the option I would say it's about even with little Caesarsbut with a higher price tag. Read more
Food is sub-par. We ordered extra dipping sauce, only received the dipping sauces that come standard with the order (i.e. 1... garlic sauce and 1 ranch). Called and pressed the number for the manager/customer service, rings once and immediately hangs up.Called and spoke with someone using the "order" line, they transferred to the previous customer service line, it's quiet andthen just disconnects. Horrible customer service, purchase at your own risk. Keep in mind the dipping sauce is not cheap andchances are you probably wont receive it. Read more
Very friendly staff, and the pizza is very good (standard Papa John's chain fare). The location is very small, and you can... easily miss it if you are not using electronic navigation...it's barely visible from the main road. Highly recommend gettingthe Papa John's app for your phone to order ahead of time; my order was ready for pick up about 15 minutes after placing theorder. Read more
I ordered online and the pizza was ready when I got there. The quality is very consistent. I like Papa John's pizza but it is... not gourmet and not the best out there. But if you use the online specials it's a good deal. I can get three large pizza forunder$30. Another pizza place nearby charges that for one pizza! Read more
