My wife and I come here regularly here at Promenade mall. Today we order two each two item combos. I was extremely disappointed... when I ordered double Beijing beef for my entrees I was given 1 small scoop and when I asked where the second scoop was I wastold that was the portion. My wife ordered orange chicken and Beijing beef and received 1 scoop each a normal portion. I wasgiven the last scoop in the pan and was not offered to wait to get the rest of my food. Waited in line for 3 comb plates and I was order for my family on a lunch break. The worker put my order aside and start working... on someone else. The worker never told me anything and I asked for a manager he said she cooking noodles right now. Bad customerservice ???? not enough employees for the day. Never got to purchase my food or talk to the manager. Don't eat here!!! Read more
Poor customer service here. Was waiting in line at the end to buy a drink only (no food), cashiers are so robotic here they... don't know to acknowledge you if you're not buying food. If you're buying a drink, just need napkins or cutlery, they willignore you untill you leave or force yourself into line. Read more
