Placed an order for a large pepperoni with extra pineapple ( yes we like pineapple on our pizza) was charged for the extra... pineapple. Did a pick up on it, went home and saw that there was NO PINEAPPLE. What happened to the extra pineapple?? Calledthe restaurant and the girl said, oh we can give you 15% off the next time. NO, I don't want 15% off the next time, if there isever going to be a next time. Or she said, I can do a swap for the order. Bring in the wrong order and swap it out for thecorrect order. Why would you even want the pizza that came into my house???? Esp with COVID going around. Are you going to giveit to another customer?? I don't get that! So ridiculous!! It's not my fault the staff can't read the order. I want you toprocess and read the order correctly. I don't want to drive down Winchester road to pick up another pie. The road is alreadyenough bad with traffic and lane closure! Doesn't take a genius to make a pizza, just read what the customer wants and put theorder in correctly! Read more

I called and ordered a robbers roost pizza at 8:40pm the gal on the phone said it would be ready in 15mins. I get to the store... at 8:50pm and the doors were locked and I waited another 15mins until someone came to the door and the gal turned me away andsaid they never made my pizza. This location does not honor the hours they have posted. Looks like I should have orderedsomeplace else. Read more

Got here around 2:15ish PM on 12/4. There were a couple other groups there already, not busy at all from what I could see. The... employees were nice and food was good. However, the bathrooms were nearly out of TP, toilet seats covers were empty and on thefloor, toilets were dirty. Stayed there for a few hours and in that time 3 other groups came in. The whole time we were therenone of the tables were cleaned up after the other guests left. Probably won't be visiting this location again Read more

Very clean store. I was hoping to have a beer with dinner, but they don't offer alcohol right now (6/17/21). The pizza was very... good. Staff was friendly. If you haven't had Mtn Mike's, now is the time to try them. Their pizzas are just a little differentand just a little better...and unlike most pizza places, the leftovers are just as good!
