Longest curbside wait in any fast food I've been to. One time I had to go inside and get my own food and the food was just there... and no one brought it out. I told the cashier what was going on and she just looked at me and handed me my order without evenoffering an apology. Read more
whoever was working at 1:33am on 10/23/2022 gave the most disgusting service and food ever not only did they tell us the weren?t... gunna take card then told us to wait for 30 minutes with no one in line, even while waiting in the car all co workers were justchatting acting like they were at some party. After we finally got our food the girl gave such a nasty attitude and shoved thebag to my friend not even lying. When looking in the food they forgot our bacon and HUGE pieces of egg shells in bothsandwiches. Usually very good experience at this location. Today my order was incorrect - one sandwich correct and one different; I ordered... two of the same sandwiches. Not a big problem for me but someone in drive thru probably got the wrong thing. They were verybusy so I completely understand. The wrong sandwich was a higher value item, so if someone else got a lower value item insteadthey might be upset. Read more
Their frape machine has been supposedly broke for weeks yet they don't post it so you end up stuck in the drive through. Then I... got a hamburger no pickles. It had more pickles than when you normal. My fries were cold. The girl who took my order wasextremely rude and I had to repeat my order a couple times. What's so hard about a hamburger no pickles and a medium fry?Apparently it's tough for her. Won't be going back since every time has been an issue. Accessibility: 24 hour drive thru, and you can pull forward to the window if you need help with hearing or signing. Experience:... they were a little slow today because it seemed like they were short on workers. Very kind employees though! Read more
Absolute and utter incompetence, indifference, and entitlement. Finally writing a review after so many negative experiences... here.. Find another McDonalds, waited for twenty minutes in a drive through after being told the they closed their dining roomat 8:55pm. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
