Updated review: We initially had a pretty bad experience (read below). The next day the manager Vivian called us and wanted to... hear our side of the story. After listening to us she was so sweet and apologized, she asked us to give them another chance andwould give us 10% off, and free delivery to our air bnb in Fallbrook. She sounded so genuine and explained it?s a family ownedbusiness so was bummed to hear about our experience/ our initial poor review. We ended up ordering food, she texted us updatesthe whole time and drove the food down to us herself. We all answered the door and she personally apologized to everyone and ourbride. She even brought 2 bottles of champagne to celebrate the bachelorette! Overall her customer service and genuine apologiessaved our experience. I give her 5 stars and the food was amazing! I give them an overall 4 star review just because of thefirst night?s debacle. Overall WE LOVED VIVIAN!! Initial 1 star review: I made a reservation for my sister?s bacheloretteparty. We ended up taking back roads and getting so lost, we called to say we would be 40 minutes late and the guy who answeredsaid it would be fine. He offered to bring us chips at the waiting area and we couldorder a drink from the bar. We were totally okay waiting since it was our fault we were late.
