This location gave my a beef cheese steak sandwich in error. We ordered the #42, Chipotle Chicken because of a health issue... effecting beef digestion. Thinking it must've been dark meat chicken we took several bites. Each bite was questionable. So, Ivisited Jersey Mike's site to find that chicken is, indeed, light colored. My spouse was sick later in the evening. This isterrible. Please, DO NOT use a number system if your employees are unable to understand what is included for that sandwich.Instead of writing , "42 + meat," just write something like, "Chi. Chix + meat. Went in on Monday to get my sandwich bowl remade. There was only 2 workers VICTORIA and someone else. THIS WOMAN IS AWESOME!!... VICTORIA made 4 sandwiches and my bowl at the same time!!!! ???????????????????????? Besides the issue I had before Victoria andJayden made up for it! No ketchup available at all. Not a shortage issue, they just don?t stock it ever. Cheesesteak without ketchup wasn?t as good as... it should be. Read more

My husband and I just left this jersey Mike's for the first and last time. My husband ordered a hot sandwich so we waited. They... were busy but that's no excuse. They had a mixup with sandwiches and gave someone else his sandwich. When they realized theirmistake they quickly made the other persons sandwich but not once did they think about my husband's. He went over to ask aboutit and they gave him no response. He asked for a refund and they simply gave it to him. As a woman who has worked in customerservice for many years I'm baffled. In this situation you apologize, ask if they can still make the sandwich quickly for you andthen offer to refund the sandwich as well because of the inconvenience. They could have gained a customer that way instead oflosing one for good. Cause that's what they did. Read more

Loooong wait on our first ever visit. Order in advance. Staff at register is indifferent to customers' questions. I didn't... realize there was a line on the other side of the divider until I had been standing in the order area for 10 minutes. Then Iwent behind 5 people. Finally hot one of their famous cheese steaks. What a disappointment. Really not worth the wait. Subway makes much better sandwiches. Won't return. Read more

I have only eaten here two times. Both times was good. There was a line at lunch time, both visits but, it moved quickly. The... sandwich tasted fresh and crisp. Very satisfied. Thank you. I had the Regular Club Sub Mike's Way. Read more

Place is great, used to go there for lunch like every other day just cuz I worked so close to it. A bunch of coworkers and I... would go there quite often as well to eat during our breaks. The staff is always super friendly and nice. We've never had toworry about long wait times and lines while going so it was always a first pick. With our breaks being timed and all for only 30mins we did so greatly appreciate that. I don't work there anymore so I don't walk in as often as I used to. At my current jobthough we do often order catering from as well. Whenever there's a holiday, birthday, or just an increase in sales we celebrateand order. They subs always go quick. They give you extra toppings and sauce packets for everything else we might need. Theyalways were on time for every order we've put in and we've never had a problem with them. So they're great if you're wonderingabout their catering. Read more
