I enjoy going to Jack in general, but this particular location definitely has issues. My latest trip, I ordered an Extreme... Sausage sandwich combo. After a lengthy wait, I was finally given my meal. Glad I dined in as I was given an egg sandwich. Nosausage. When I went to the counter, the manager said they were out of sausage. (I also heard her tell another customer thatthey were out of tortillas, so no burritos.) Previous trips saw them without certain ingredients, specialty items on the appthat they no longer served and not able to take orders via the app. Not going here again. Read more
We waited inside in line for 20 minutes and we did not place an order. Nor did the 4 guests ahead of us in line. How is this... place open for business with this serious of problems? Who manages (or pack there of) this location and why are you so bad atyour job? I see the owner answers these reviews. Are you not severely embarrassed by all these negative reviews? Went there to have a late lunch. My daughter and I ordered quickly but we waited 15 minutes for our food. Employees are not... friendly nor are they helpful. They handed us our cups for drinks and we didn't know how to use the drink dispenser. We followedthe prompts without success and asked twice for help, in which they never came out to help and just kept telling us how to doit! We finally got our drinks on the third attend. If you have night time munchies anytime after 9pm do not even attempt this location. You're better off going the extra distance... to the jack next to Walmart. This location says they are open until 1am, but as soon as it hits 9:30pm the cones are in thedrive thru, and there are no employees inside, or they are running to their cars to leave as they see customers rolling up. Wehave tried getting food at 10pm I can't even remember how many times, but at least 12 different times in the last three monthsand every single time they are closed. !!!!UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!!! I Love there tacos. I'm a senior and a widow. I live on a fixed budget. So there 2 tacos for $1.25 can't be beat. The food is... always 'made to order.' The prices are reasonable. You can't beat Good Ol' Jack!???? Read more

This is my second time visiting this location and both experiences left me wishing I hadn't wasted my money and time. On this... particular visit, the fries were scraps (I had to pick out the semi-okay ones), on the colder side, hard and seemed to berefried. My sandwich was loaded with the hard parts of an iceberg lettuce and soggy tomatoes. My nuggets were extra small anddefinitely not hot...they should rename their nuggets to popcorn chicken.
