I had to try and see what all the fuss was about??..well, this was one of the most bland burgers I ever tasted! It angers me... when companies say, ?we have great burgers ? but the meat is bland. Somehow they think piling on all the toppings will mask theflavorless patty. The least you can do is put salt & pepper on the patty! Also, I can?t understand why any restaurant wouldchoose to cook everything in peanut oil when peanut allergies are hugely prevalent in today?s society. The fries were good. Great burgers and fries. Don?t try to compare it to In-n-Out - two totally different things.
Sadly not the best experience. Wanted some fries and malt vinegar and the portion size was very disappointing. The is the first... time I?ve seen a five guys actually measure out the amount of fries they serve. The entire point of going to this place isbecause they have huge servings and it?s always plenty to share with friends. Sadly, there was barely enough for one here. Ialso had to wait about 20 minutes for them to be made. I appreciate they?re being made fresh but it shouldn?t take that long.Seems like there?s no common sense being used to serve customers and it?s more about following a process than problemsolving. Won?t be going back to the store. I don?t go to a five guys often. Just occasionally, will make sure to time it whenI?m near alternative five guys stores. Hopefully their ?cost cutting? measures don?t come back to bite them. Such a shamebecause I?m sure the amount they think they?re saving per customer is marginal compared to the amount they lose when thosecustomers go elsewhere in future. Read more
Five Guys is bomb dot com! I love that you have control of all the ingredients that are put in your burger!! It really helps... with calorie counting. The food is excellent but I tend to forget how expensive it is when you're ordering for more than twopeople. Read more
