Yesterday July 13th, 2022 at around 5:30pm I placed an online order for two 8 piece thigh and leg chicken only for $13.99. For... pick up at the Pollo Loco on Temecula Pkwy. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order I saw the ad on the window. Thespecial is for 10 piece chicken only leg and thigh for $11.99. When I walked In I was immediately greeted by a very nice younglady. I explained to her, that I placed an order online but the special they had going on in store was a better one. She did notknow how to handle so she asked another employee for help, super nice young man, both provided great customer service but he tooneeded to speak to the shift leader Vicki. Vicki was extremely hostile. She did not only rudely tell the young man to just giveme 4 pieces of chicken but As soon as she approached she asked what was the problem and started smacking my receipt that wasattached to the bag where the food was over and over again. I explained the same. She told me with an attitude/rudely that theorders online are not credited to the store and there was nothing she could do. She said its a whole different office and phonenumber I would need to call. I asked if she can cancel my order and place it again and she said No. online orders workdifferently. I then said then How do we fix the problem? she said, ?I dont know its an order online? So I just asked her to giveme a large rice. Vicki is extremely argumentative, no customer service at all, All employees were really quiet, like tensed,not a good manager at all. Everybody looked uncomfortable. When i walked out Vicki was still uttering under her breath whilesome of the employees smiled and waived good bye like happy someone finally stood up to this crazy lady in charge at El PolloLoco. I love El Pollo loco. I hate this location. I've already reported this store for franchise violations because they kind of just... do what they want. Randomly shutting down the dining room. Closing random hours. I don't know if the owner of this location isaware what the managers are doing but hopefully the franchise board will fine the owner of this location Read more
i mean the chicken and food are pretty delicious if you get what you order. Most of the time I have to do two loops to pick up... the rest of my food and drinks. I've started employing as side care order checker to save me time on my quick eatery food pitstops. It would be awesome if they could put everything in your order in at the same time though, because, you know, ... FastFood. Two laps isn't really my first thought process. Read more
Food was really fresh this morning ???? chicken was well seasoned ????and the food was hot! Really quiet and tucked away.. it's... in the same shopping center as Sprouts grocery market. I think El Pollo Loco is a better choice if you're trying to be healthycompared to fried chicken. Ladies behind the counter were all so nice! Thanks to El Pollo Loco for the meal! Place is ok and well kept. However, during our visit , foods are available for carry out only and their restroom is temporarily ... unavailable for patrons because of the current pandemic situation, which is totally understandable. Staffs are nice andcourteous, The foods are ok and just like any other Pollo Loco branches we've visited before. Read more
Good mexican food fast food place. Pretty much empty when we got there but it was 2pm so thats understandable. Quick order and... cashier girl was nice and patient. I wish they have a salad meal option instead of just sides. Everything else has rice. Read more
