Girl gave me cups of ice cream that were literally HALF full. she made one that wasn?t even close to enough and just put some... ice cream on the side, couldn?t even mix it in. payed for all the mix ins just to get regular ice cream. this girl needs tolearn how to do her job right (not to be a karen) but $30 for that was pathetic!!!!! Great customer service the young lady is a sweetheart
I ordered a signature ice cream and after Sydney made it she paused to wipe her gloves all over her nose and eyes area. She... then picked my ice cream up with the same gloves, and said ?Here you go.? I couldn?t even eat it, so I threw it away. Only 10people allowed in and no cash, all in the name of COVID safety, and they can?t even follow basic food handling rules. Not goingback. Read more

Cathie was able to join our Review Team for this visit to Cold Stone Creamery. This being her first review and all, we werecurious about what she?d want to contribute. When asked for her ?Take? she offered this input, ?Mine was good.? So?while I?msure that insight pretty much addresses any questions that you might have, we?ll try and add a few more details. First of all,the ?Cake Batter Ice Cream? flavor looked WAY better when pictured on the wall, but it was actually packed with all of theflavors @coldstone promised and was quite good. We were also pleased with the service we received. We told our ice cream artist(fact) that we were celebrating Cathie?s birthday (not true) in the hopes that she would sing to us (our plan failed). However,when we asked questions about the magical stone located behind the counter they were met with patience and grace. ?Is thatstone?cold?? ?Yes.? ?How cold?? ?Like probably less than 32 degrees.? ?Can you take a picture of it from behind the counter forus?? ?Why?? ?We?re writing a post about this place.? ?Sure!?
