My husband did got me a lunch from Chick-fil-A, the fries was good, but the chick fil a deluxe sandwich was salty???? , i didn't... like really like it, i couldn't finish it. Hopefully they make the chicken less salty next time. Read more
First time visiting. Went around 8am on a Friday morning. I noticed the drive through was very busy so decided to dine in. There... were a few people waiting for their food and I was told mine will take about 10mins which I agreed to. Also orange Fanta, appleFanta and other drinks were not available. For a early day I was surprised that they were short staffed and did not have somedrinks available. On a good note, the restaurant itself is well maintained and clean. Customer service is very good. I was in town and decided to stop by and grab some breakfast since I?ve never tried CFA breakfast before. Unfortunately, I... missed breakfast by 3 minutes. Jim overheard my conversation with Gloria and told me what breakfast items he had left. One ofthem being the 4 piece minis, told me he?d give them to me ?on the house? so I know what to get the next time I come in forbreakfast. Not only did he personally hand me those, he also gave me the last 4 piece minis they had w my meal I had ordered.That was the sweetest gesture, thank you Jim. Also, Gloria at the register - BEST customer service. Super super sweet!! Sopatient with us as we decided which meal we wanted, great conversation. All around a very welcoming location. I tried the Chick Fil A sauce for the first time also Rita got the chicken sandwich with pickles on it.
I LOVE Chick-fil-A... Just NOT this location. They are a hot mess! We waited over 20 minutes (per our receipt time) for food... only to find out that they forgot we were dining in and bagged it. Once they found it, it was luke warm but we were starving.There was no offer to remake it for the mistake. The fries were literally half empty (see picture). As we sat and ate, the girlworking the floor (that should have been the one handing us out food) "wiped" a lie down with a napkin. (It was very dirty froma table of kids) After she was done, food was still all over the place. At the end of the meal, I went back up for a refill(since we had drank most of our drinks waiting for our food) and stood at the register waiting. Employees would look at me, turnaround and talk to someone else, walk over near the exit door, come back, and never acknowledge that I was there. One wasliterally getting drinks for the other cashier! I won't be back to this location... Staving or not, Raising Cane's is literallyright across the street. Read more

I came to this Chick-Fil-A location with my niece around 9pm. One of the staff employees, James, was outside taking customer... orders. He did exceptionally well when taking my order. I was ordering for 4 so it can be considered a long order. When I askedfor a discount, without hesitation, James got in touch with his mangers. I wasn?t expecting to get a discount, but he followedproper protocol and quickly got his staff too verify if I was eligible. Kindly after return, James and his manger came to my carand let me know that I couldn?t receive said discount. I was completely okay with this information. Throughout the wholeordering process he and the Chick-fil-A staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. You can tell that James is an employeethat takes pride in his job and has a strong work ethic too. Full disclosure, I have never personally met James or any coworkersof this facility. I live in San Diego and come to visit my family that lives around this location. I have a keen eye for detailand pay attention to things people usually tend to ignore. Food overall was great, per usual. I just wanted to write this reviewto express how impressed I was by Jame?s work ethic. I am kindly requesting that you give him a raise or a promotion.
