Omg I waited in the drivethru for 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me. Isn?t this a fast food place? Wasted 1/2 a tank of... gas waiting for our drink. Get more staff or some that aren?t playing on their cell phones. Ridiculous!!!! Read more
This Carls Jr. is one of the better ones! Hats off to Brenda for great customer service and even greeted me with a smile and... told me to have a great day when leaving. Naturally she is my age (senior) so she was taught and probably grew up with workethics. She's a 10+. She gave me a senior discount which I thought was really nice...especially in this hyper inflated economy!Gotta tell you this is the first time my sandwich has been actually hot with the cheese melted. For the last several years Ihave only gotten a pre-cooked burger patty with cold cheese, so this was a treat! Read more
Food was good but it seemed to me they were REALLY short staffed because i waited in the drive thru at least 10mins for the kid... to take my order and then a few mins to receive my order at the window. Another thing was there was stagnant water near thedrive thru window and it smelled ???????? Last thing was the menu lights were out so you couldnt see anything.
