My girlfriend and I came here with our kid at random. At first the staff was very friendly took our order. They brought out our... food and forgot our kid's food. He is younger starts getting very upset over it. We have to go up with our receipt showing wepaided and missing our kid's food. They make it and one of the employees asks "do you guys want it to go?" because our kid wasupset. Just a very rude thing to say to a customer when they forgot to make our food. I used to come here all the time but they're way too expensive now. The bagels are still pretty good but now when I ask for... cream cheese on a sandwich that doesn't come with it, they only put it on one side ???? like come on! How you gonna skimp likethat and charge $2 for it? I can get the same sandwich open faced on a way bigger bagel for the same price somewhere else.Either step up your ingredients or bring your prices down. One or the other ???? Read more

Best bagels in Temecula. We go on Wednesdays when a dozen bagels is on special for about $8. Great value. We slice them and... freeze them and they last a few weeks until our next bagel haul. Even when there is a line the staff work through it quicklyand it doesn't take long. All of the staff are also pleasant and friendly. Read more
As much as I love this place, pricing is so inconsistent and I order the same exact thing almost everyday. How does my bagel... cost a whole dollar more sometimes? Came in twice one day and literally the second time i went in my bagel was 1.50 more and itwas the same exact bagel i ordered in the morning. I'll be making them at home now. Read more
