I visited the store off of Yenez in Temecula California. I was probably the last customer to visit for the day. The girls behind... the counter were not happy to see my husband and I walk in. Understandable I have worked in food service for 10 plus years andit is hard. The young lady DID NOT wash your hands after handling a trash can, dust pan and broom and continually touched herhair and face prior to grabbing my brownie and ice cream with no gloves is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Knowing thehealth department standards it is hard to ignore, and this is absolutly disgusting and it was a wasted date night. I went here a few weeks ago with my mom, and it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Especially with COVID, I expected... the place to be clean, but all the counters were dirty and everything was unsanitary. My mom is elderly and is vulnerable togetting the virus, and after taking her here, I would never do that again in my life. All the workers seemed scared of theowner, Phil. And it feels like a very hostile working environment. I have never been so disappointed in an ice cream store. Itis supposed to be fun and friendly, but I was just left disappointed. I absolutely love the ice cream here but the pricing is crazy expensive and I had a really bad time using the app today. I came... in with a coupon for a free scoop from the app and $2 off my purchase with the TMobile app. The $2 voucher worked but when Iwent to pay with the free scoop coupon it gave me an error message meaning I had to pay full price which I luckily had the moneyon me to pay. But corporate really needs to get their act together with the app because it's left a really bad taste in my mouthand I don't really want to go back. Read more
Came here for an early morning milkshake. Andrea was very nice and helpful, she even asked if I wanted to sample the flavor of... the month. The mint and chip milkshakes are my favorite and Andrea did a great job making them. The store was clean and theoverall customer service was great. Only downside was that the POS system malfunctioned during my transaction and completelyfroze. Luckily we were able to use another register to complete the transaction. I'd definitely come back!
