The perfect spot for a caffeine run while visiting Telluride. We had a large group (8 adults) order all at once and the barista... quickly had our drinks to us. She was fun to talk to and made some great drinks. I ordered the iced lavender latte and wanted togo back for another. Perfect location right next to the gondola and the river! Read more

Drip coffee was too fruity/sour. Espresso drink was good. The most annoying issue in 2022 is this place won't take a credit card... without a minimum. Then they won't even just charge the minimum...they want you to buy another drink and if you don't want it"just give it away"??? (and create more litter and plastic waste??) Just left a bad vibe. Right next to the free gondolas, Coffee Cowboy is the perfect place to get some joe before heading out to the slopes or the... mountain village. They have 5 or so specialty lattes that rival Yetis Grind in the Vail Valley. I personally love the AnnieOakley (caramel and cinnamon). The baristas are nice and there's no better place to wait for your coffee than right at thebottom of the slopes, looking up the mountain. Read more
