Service is friendly, but a bit sparse. Have to wait quite a while for a drink refill on several occasions. The food is... mediocre, a bit on the greasy side. Not very comfortable seating either. It will fill you up, but that's about it. Needs morefreshness and straining oil off would help a lot. Read more
This is a great place. We stopped in as we were wanting some great Mexican Food. It was delicious. Service was fantastic. We... were Greeted as we entered and thanked when we left. We live a hour away but will come back. If your are ever in Tellico PlainsTN near the Dragon stop in and enjoy La Loteria. Read more
Excellent food, service and the decor is really nice.
Possibly the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. While staff were polite they were extremely slow and messed up... almost every thing asked for. The steak was bland and over cooked. The dish I ordered did not meet the menu description. All inall very disappointing. Will not return. Read more

We have it 5 stars for supper and lunch. TEN stars for breakfast. We travel the country and never had a breakfast this... good. When someone takes time to heat your plate I am one happy gal. 10 of us went and all of us were more than impressed. Great coffee. Great service too!!!! Not to mention with coffee and juice all of us ate for 118.00. No tip was added for agroup so we tipped generously and they deserve it!! Read more
Have eaten here several times since they opened. We like their wings and order them often. They also serve very good breakfasts.... Plenty of food for your money. 9/24 - another great breakfast. Had a super biscuit of sausage egg and cheese on a very soft anddelicious biscuit. My wife had philly shredded meat with green peppers , onions over hashbrowns covered with queso cheese.Great friendly people. Read more
