I had a coupon for a free ???? at any Little Cesar's Pizza in Kern County, but apparently this location doesn't "participate".... Funny they had a stack of ???? advertisement specials that used the same words "available at participating locations". How theheck is someone supposed to know if you're a participating location? I just see it as a way to selectively refuse service.Sometimes a coupon is just a coupon, and why wouldn't you want to participate as long as the coupon is legit? I guess your cookwanted to send a strong message about my free ???? that he made an exception for because it was cold and didn't have very manymushrooms or sauce. I traveled all the way from California City for a disappointing experience. Order four pizzas online had to wait almost two... hours just pizza that was not freshly made. The crust was so hard that my three year barely can eat the crust. Normally hewould eat more than one but he didn't which says a awful lot. I would not dare come back here again. This place should standby there signature statement hot and ready. That was not the case here I highly not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
9.00 for a large Little Caesar's is a little steep. Especially when I can get a large Little Caesar's elsewhere for 6.00. Two... 9.00 dollar pizzas here, with two toppings, set me back 27.00 dollars and some change. The owner is there most of the time. He is a very sweet and polite man. This pizza is a little more expensive than the chain has... their pizzas for, but the customer service is excellent. The has helped me carry out my pizzas to my car and has always beenfriendly. He mostly hires teenagers to work at his pizza place. They all try really hard to do their best. Read more
Yesterday for Monday nite football I ordered 2 Supreme Pizzas with extra mushrooms and 3 orders of crazy bread and others items.... When I got home there was No extra mushrooms on my pizzas and no crazy bread sauce. When I spoke to the manager, he wasworthless. He wanted me to return the pizzas and pick up the sauce. Living close to the high-school, I wasn't about to leave myguests to return the items. I will never go back to Little Caesars again for their lack of customer service. Same ole...the pizza is good for about 6-9 min...once it cools down you might aswell donate it to a homeless person cuz it... sucks...cant be re heated there sodas are over priced and the preztzel crust pizza is ?$%÷ing terrible!!! Ordered delivery and there are no way to make special instructions via website, no big deal, we placed our order and as soon as... the order was placed we called the store to make sure they got our special instructions and was told ? yeah, no problem, we cando that for you.? When our order came it wasn?t how we ordered it so I called the store to find out what happened and if they?dbe willing to make it right, the only way they said they would fix their mistake was for me to drive all the way up there bringthem back what they gave me ( I?m guessing to re-sell the food that was in some-else?s home and possession, no telling whatcould have been done to it.)
