Hasn't disappointed me yet and I hope it stays that way.
Worse Cinnabon I ever had even though I don't eat hardly any. Very dry, no gooeyness and skimpy on the icing. I don't even think... they bake them with butter anymore like they use to. Waste of over $4. Save your money and just buy a prepackaged bun off theshelf if you really want one. Read more

Terrible service. This is the third time I?ve come here and waited over 10 minutes for anyone to even notice me. Today when I... came in I had waited 13 minutes before talking to a flying j employee who was very rude about me asking for help at the Cinnabonand then proceeded to serve me without using gloves nor washing her hands first which was extremely off-putting considering shecame from the register and we?re in a pandemic. The only upside is every now and then there is one female Cinnabon employee whois extremely nice and a great server. Read more
