A good experience here is few and far in between. I was told it would be a 5-10 min wait tonight, so I waited. I was in line for... a total of 30 min before I was fed up. I went through the drive-thru at this location and ordered the grilled chicken power bowl. When I started eating, I realized... there was no chicken in my power bowl. I walked in to complain only to be confronted by the person who made my food whoinsisted that she knew she had put chicken in my bowl. So basically she tried to imply that I ate the chicken in my car andcame in to get more. I have never felt so insulted by a Taco Bell worker, the nerve to try to say I had eaten the chicken. Ordered at the terminal inside the store. I specifically ordered a soda and a chicken burrito to go. The staff member gave me... a bag with my food, I had to ask for a drink. She brought me a sweet tea. Got out to the car and back on the road discoveredthat I had received a beef burrito instead. Just not trying. Read more
