I have been ordering and been happy with dominoes for at least 30 years. My order was very simple, and I read it back to the... person taking my order.. I paid the driver, and gave him a $10 tip on top of it. Unfrotunately, upon bringing my order insideto the kitchen, I discovered one was not just a little wrong, but a lot wrong, I received a cheese pizza when I ordered a hamand pineapple, extra sauce extra cheese. I immediately called and complained, and was told would I like the correct one sent. I said no, it would be too late for the kids. The young lady said ok fine. The, next time I ordered it would be noted on myfile I was agreeable to this.. The next time I placed an order, and explained one pizza would be compted the young girltaking my ord er said she could see no record of a replacement pizza upon my next order, when I requested to speak tomanagement, she hung up on me! I tried calling back but could not get through, it was like my number had been blocked. Iordered from Dominos this evening, when I did so i asked if anything was on my account. Again, nothing. I still ordered, andwas very happy with the service and what I ordered. Like I said, I have been a very long time customer, I am curious as towhy I have been treated very poorly, not once but twice by the newton location. (This is not the first time, but I was willingto give benefit of doubt) But twice? Never have i had reason to complain about previous locations, such as Fleetwood,Guildford, Kits , Vancouver, as well as Maple Ridge. Its not like I am asking for something free! I paid for it in thefirst place! The said issue, I paid in cash, oh my never again, the services I ordered tonight were on MasterCard. Hello, this is to inform you that your delivery driver when delivering pizza today, June 30th 2021, at 3:15 pm to Thornhill,... Brownstone Circle, L4J, ran at high speed over a stop sign, drove at irresponsible speed into the the residential street (acircle), cutting the corner twice when racing recklessly around the circle where he could not possible have seen or avoidedhitting kids oncoming on their lane on this circle with their bikes. After I told him about the high risk of this happening withhis driving style, he drove off the same way, that is, too fast and cutting corners again around the residential circle. Iwould suggest that you refrain from employing this individual for your deliveries before he kills a child. I will also send anemail with the driver's licence plate. Thank you. Read more
Just came from Dominos at George and Tec. Guy working cash was wearing no gloves and was then rolling out pizza dough no gloves.... Wow on top of covid. 311 closed until Monday so lets pass along anything we can through money to people ordering pizzaUnbelievable Read more

Moncton New Brunswick Order a pizza. When I get home the pizza crust is the thickness of a toonie. Even with extra cheese the... pizza may have been a 1/4 inch thick. The service hasn?t been good in the last year. The new owner is cutting back on qualityand blaming Covid. When I called he had every excuse in the world. Just make a good product and he wouldn?t need excuses. Lot?s of local restaurants around here and way better service. I?d like to post a picture of the pizza if I could.
