A relatively new vegan spot in Teaneck. The guy behind the counter was friendly enough. We ordered a couple of falafel wraps... with avocado and a large sweet potato fries. We were told it would take about 15 minutes. After getting the wraps, we realizedthat the avocado was missing. Only after bringing this to their attention did they say that they were out of it, and then we gota refund for the extra cost of the avocado. Stopped in for a quick lunch with my wife. Got the avocado overload burger and the falafel wrap with the potato salad. All of it... was delicious. Portions were generous which is a critique I have of a lot of vegan restaurants as a larger man and staff wasvery friendly. Read more
Delicious plant-based vegan food served to me by wonderfully warm and friendly owners. I ordered the jerk sliders and they were... absolutely delicious, spicy and tasty! The jerk seasoning complimented the burger, it wasn?t overpowering. The sides includedsweet potato fries and potato salad which were healthy sized portions and just as delicious. READ UPDATE: Definitely impressed with this place I got a little of everything and it was definitely worth the money we... definitely love the ice cream and the tea/lemonade.For being here since October I think they?ve done a wonderful job definitelyhit this place up and try it. This isn?t your typical vegan place it?s got more creative side to it the normal places.Definitely coming here again Update with helpful feedback; Well I?m really upset now this is three times I?ve tried to come tothe restaurant first time I was given a hard time and actually laughed at at what I wanted to order. It?s fine they didn?t havewhat I want but if God for bid I was allergic to onions and tomatoes HE would?ve found it comical. Of course this wasn?t thenormal person the normal two women that work there is that are always wonderful to me. It was another man that I assume worksfor them but obviously doesn?t care about how the customer feels. I ended up walking out giving this place the benefit of thedoubt because the day before were closed as well.
