I've been to this Ihop a few times recently, and maybe the issue is that I always go after 6pm, but the service has always been... lack luster, but the service I received this time was just awful. Now I want to start off by saying I know this is an Ihop, I'mnot expecting really anything apart from the basics. This is what I want to eat, you give me what I want to eat, I pay, I leave.Simple stuff. But we were seated at a table that had some kind of spill on the floor under us, with crayons and napkins and evena spoon and knife, just all over the floor. We move our table, no problem things happen. We ordered coffees and waters, and ourcoffee came cold, so obviously wasn't fresh, and we never even got our waters. When our food came, we didn't get our side dishesat first so we thought she was going back for it. When she didn't come back after about 10 minutes I flagged her down and shesaid that the cooks never put in our side orders? When we finally got our side of toast with the rest, there was no butter nojam, nothing with it. We tried to ask for it but she walked away before we get a word in. Next time she came, about 5 minuteslater we weren't even done eating, she left our bill without a word. Now if it was close to closing I'd understand not asking ifwe wanted anything else, but it was literally an hour and half before closing. I left my card with my fiance to pay while I usedthe rest room, the waitress grabbed it without a word, smacked it back on the table and said "sign it" and left again. I decidednot to leave a tip because the service was terrible and we left. As we are pulling out the waitress actually comes out andstands in the way of my vehicle to ask me what went wrong and as I tried to explain, she became loud, aggressive and overallconfrontational so we left as she was cursing me out. Most of the waiters are young. The manager keeps them in line but they do keep forgetting the basics. Ask the extras before they... leave the table deliverying your meal. You won't see the young ones for a while. Food is good tho, don't stop going cause ofthis. Just be prepared or patient. Read more
Omg horrible. I woke up Sunday morning and my sister said, come we're taking the kids for breath IHOP. I haven't been to IHOP in... years, and now I remember why. It was just all around bad. Not gonna bore you with details but that place is just bad. Neveragain. Read more

Love this location! The server we had was very pleasant, and polite and even corrected the minor issue I had with my food with a... smile!!! I will travel out of my way just to come to this location !!! Read more
The service is a little slow, it takes forever for a waiter or waitress to stop at your table after you sit down. The food is... great though. I recommend any two breakfast pancakes with eggs, bacon or sausage, and hashbrowns. Read more
**Update December 27, 2020 The outdoor seating has finally been removed so now you have a full parking lot to park in with ease... and everyone can sit and eat inside like normal human beings. Awesome ihoppy hour from 2pm till 10pm every day with just $6 forentrees and $4 for sides. Very cool! For this visit, we were seated immediately, no wait. Just 3 mins to take our order. Serviceis really good! They still need to add more drink variety. If they wont offer Coke products, then at least diet dr pepper ordiet root beer please. ***Update July 2020 during crazy lockdowns They now have outdoor seating under a giant tent with festivestring lights in the parking lot. It was a very hot afternoon at 1pm, but it was nice eating under the tent and way better thaneating in a car. It took 5 mins to get seated with zero customers in front of us. 10 minutes to get our order taken. 20 minutesfor the food to be brought to us. Not bad. Only need a mask if you need the restroom inside. End of update*** February 2020-pre crazy lockdowns: Wait time to get seated was 15 mins. Wait time to order food was 20 mins. Wait time to get food was 7 mins.Not bad. Hamburger was delicious. Pancakes were delicious too. The diet soda selection is limited to diet pepsi only. I wouldprefer diet coke, diet rootbeer of any brand, or diet dr pepper. Please expand your diet drink selections beyond pepsi. Read more
Just walked out of here. Service is terribly slow. I was seated for a table of two- while I was seated quickly, my company and I... sat for forty minutes without even being asked what drinks we?d like. We wound up just leaving as we had somewhere to be. As wewere walking out, all of the servers were huddled around near the cashier laughing and joking around. Another couple sat besideus who had not yet been served also left shortly before us, no doubt also because of the apathetic service. I will never returnhere. Read more
