They have almost doubled their prices. The menu inside store pricing is wrong. They sell frozen hot wings, frozen burgers, and... frozen chicken patties at top price. Platter used to be $6-7 now its $10. 12 piece frozen hot wings used to be 8.99 now its13.99. They touch money, food utensils, and bread with the same hands(gloves). I asked the guy for chicken kebab but didn’t order. Then I order fish and ask them do you cook in oil or on grill. The guy who... is half of the store owner told me they cook on grill. Then they call me for it’s ready. When I go there they cooked kebabinstead of fish. This is okey he could understand wrong, this is very normal. Then I said I order fish but it’s okey I canget what you cooked. But he got mad and he threw out the kabab under grill and fries on the other side of grill. I order a tilapia salad that comes with rice on doordash . But instead I received today 6/9/2022 a watered salad and tilapia.... Like how hard is it to just follow a menu that you guys posted for customers to order from and yet still make the orders wrong. They never make orders correctly. What irks me the most is when you call to complain, they either hang up the phone or pretendthey can’t speak English or have no brain cells to comprehend what you saying. This not acceptable at all. Don’t get me wrong the food is good but the service is wild. First off I under the language barrier but when we first tried to... order we didn’t say anything that wasn’t on the menu, everything we wanted they had on the menu and we even called an hourprior to make sure they had what we wanted. He didn’t understand what we wanted exactly. which he almost made the mistake andmade a second platter that we didn’t ask for, almost messing up the order. We got the kabab platter and 3 extra kabab’s withthree pita breads. They charged $22. When we went to the car we noticed we didn’t have no hot sauce on the side like we askedthem to neither utensils. My fiancé went inside to go ask for some and they tried to charge him extra. The hot sauce n whitesauce wasn’t only for the platter too it was for the extra ones we got n the pita bread too. Got lamb chops platter and it comes with 3 very decently sized chops only for $10. Usually I pay around $20 just for chops so... the price is amazing. Taste was great. Had the perfect level of spice. Love that you can choose your own topics (pickles,onions, etc). Staff was super friendly. Definitely will visit again. Read more
