I love this DD! They get my coffee right! However, they could work on the pace. If you are running late do not come here. The... coffee is good, but the service is super slow! They focus on online orders and let the in store orders stack up. It gets verycrowded in here because of the slow pace. Read more
They are always short staffed. Their ice coffee was not made the way I had ordered. But their donuts are Kosher.

Just came back home from DD. Ordered an everything bagel and got a sesame bagel. Also ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich... and got it with veggie bacon, which is absolutely disgusting for my taste and the four bagels barely had cream cheese. Verydisappointed. Read more
Fantastic experience! I ordered number ?6? donuts for my daughter?s birthday. The company messed up and didn?t make enough blue... ones like I ordered. The manager, Farheen, went above and beyond to make up for it. She asked me for a photo of my daughter andmade custom donuts in 15 minutes. Now THAT?S customer service. Well done.
