If you get diesel on pump 5, the nozzle is malfunctioning and doesn?t click off. When you report the issue to the clerk, she... chuckles and laughs like it?s not a big deal. Completely unprofessional. I definitely won?t be back to this location. Andprobably won?t visit any Casey location in Sioux Falls. Read more

HORRIBLE! We stopped at 445pm expecting to get a couple pieces of pizza for dinner. The pizza looked as though it had been... sitting there all day. My son ordered a sub - the meat & cheese were all hard & dried out. The lettuce was so bad wilted thestaff member even said we shouldn't get it & the bread was so hard it literally just crumbled...very bad food & poor service! Read more

I think this place is managed by a pinecone. Multiple pumps out of order. Every single window wash station empty or so dirty it... looks like slough water. One of the wash station had diesel in the container. Do yourself a favor and go to the get n go acrossthe street. Pump handles are much cleaner and the customer service is 10 fold better. Read more

Not sure what happened here. Over the past two years I?ve come here and it?s been a great store. Today there are empty gas... pumps, empty window wash containers and empty coffee cup dispensers. Something changed and it?s not good. Read more

I believe this location has a new manager, as well as some other new faces. All I can say is wow, the customer service has... taken a drastic nose dive. On multiple occasions I have witnessed people ask simple questions, only to be told I don'tknow/blown off. Literally 0 effort to service the customer. A gentleman asked if the compressed air was working, the employeestated they didn't even know what that was. My guess is that the compresser was turned off, and they couldn't be bothered tocheck. I asked if they happened to have a drink in the back, since it wasn't stocked in the front. I got the same 0 effort ofI don't know/don't think so. In times past, or with another employee, someone would have checked. The multiple negativeencounters have all involved the same "manager". Possibly the owner can provide some training, or offer some guidelines fordealing with the public. So sad, but I will be taking my business to another gas station. Read more

We are happy to find a Casey General Store nearby to enjoy their legendary pizza but left a bit betwixt and between with a Pizza... Ranch across the street. Oh well! We decided on CGS this time and found they continue to use the same quality ingredients whichwe like most about CGS pizza. However this location lacked somewhat service wise. Perhaps it was simply extra busy which mayhave created haste and the serving up of under cooked pizza. It was done but lacked the crispy crunch which is typical of thefresh out of the oven pizza we ordered. I tend to avoid those which are baked ahead for just that reason. They seem soggy andunder cooked after the set for an indefinite amount of time. All and all CGS still has great pizza even if you do have to pop itin the toaster over for a couple of minutes when getting back to the house. At least I'm only 5 minutes away now. Read more

I was short $1.07 - that is a lot. I have never been to this Casey?s before in my life and I do not know anybody that works... there. The cashier, whose name is Beth, actually said to me, ?Don?t worry about it, I will cover it for you.? Really? Who doesthat? I am still in shock that somebody working there was that amazing.THANK YOU!! Read more
