Had a horrible experience today at Taco Bell. I understand it?s a Halloween but you still need to be professional. They claimed... to be out of Baja blast at the sofa fountain and refused to fill it back up, they forgot to give me a cup, my dipping sauce, andthey messed up my burrito I ended up taking it home to eat and couldn?t because they used steak when I ordered chicken, mind youI waited 20 minutes for my order. I have never had such a horrid experience? the place wasn?t packed they just didn?t have theirheads on straight. Be professional when you are at work, no selfies, no cackling, follow food and sanitation order in your workplace. Everyone was in costume basically having a Halloween party while making the food. They need to spray the meat and vegetables from one side to the other. Like sour cream on this spot, meat on this spot, beans on... the spot.. rice on the other end.. Don't taste like a burrito when it's not evenly all the way across the burrito as it shouldbe.. Read more

Please keep the toasted cheddar chalupas the normal chalupas are soggy & blek like most besides hard shells & even they go soggy... within 5 minutes or less. Also bring back the beef & chicken taquitos rolls thingies. Had to take Dolly Parton just to get aclassic back (Mex Pizza) also bring back taco salads & potatoes if those aren?t back yet. Thanks. When my family and I pulled on drive thru had 10 to 12 vehicles waiting either for food or waiting to order. There was a man... and woman at lobby door beating on the door an employee inside came to door and told them thru the door that they could not comeas the lobby was closed, customer proceeded to yell scream profanities at employee and went to walk away turned and threw hisfood at the window bc there was a mishap in the order I assume. When we got to window to pay and get our food we asked who thatemployee was, he came to the window happy like nothing had happened at all. They way this gentleman handled the situation wasvery professional. His name is Dalton and was working grill in the kitchen. Amazing employee and needs recognized. 5 stars forhis professionalism. These guys rarely disappoint. Whether we drive-through or order delivery, our order is typically correct (which is saying a lot... since I have a stupid amount of customizes sometimes) and it's hot and tastes really good too! They've always been very nice andhelpful as well. This is our favorite Taco Bell we've visited so far! Read more
Went through drive thru. Cheap prices. Fast service. Friendly staff. Good food.
I live in the area and frequent this location in the evenings/night, as I will admit the food quality and consistency has... improved MOST of the time, however the closing earlier than the posted hours is for the birds, you really never know if they areopen or closed. One night they may close at 2:00am, next may be 1:25,management needs to get this under control it?s veryinconvenient to drive out there and to discover they have just decided to go home early.
