The last three times I?ve visited this location they were out of Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. Today I asked if they had... stopped carrying it. The response was, ?No, the factory doesn?t have the stuff to send us.? I said, ?Well corporate should dobetter than that.? and cancelled two sandwiches. I even told the girl with the flowery tattoos on her right arm that it wasn?ther fault but corporates. She was argumentative and I let it drop. Once outside I called some other Subway locations near methat indeed had the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. I told the girl as much too. She seems to want to argue the point furtherand I just left. I?m gonna speak with a manager and will update this review if they do anything about this. Read more

Food is always soggy pizza always cold. The main issue is THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! NEVER. Maybe get a drive through if... you can?t answer a phone call. :/ Read more

They have really went down in portion size, and really went up in price. If you order a regular sub there isn't enough meat on... a12 inch to actually fill a 6 inch. But if you order "double meat" it will cost you enough to have a very nice sit down meal ata nice restaurant. Read more

I just ate here tonight and I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and acted very professional. Right when I got there a... line was formed out the door. I could see the more experience staff take charge in a helping way and guide the newest ones intheir positions. You could see the dynamic that the workers helped and got along with each other and managed to get everythingquickly done. Also the food was terrific. The bread was extra fresh and overall this was a wonderful experience. It?s good tosee the younger generation working but working in a helpful environment. Read more

If I could give this store a zero rating I would. All of the workers here are rude. I've also witnessed the workers being rude... to a new employee that worked there at the time. The food is thrown together and all together it's a bad experience. I'm notsure if the management needs properly trained or all of the staff need replaced with kinder, properly trained people. I eat here regularly as it's a healthier stop on the way home and I love Subway. However I never have a great experience... here...when we get meatball subs the meatballs are so burnt and black they aren't edible (I've called and taken them back),today my rotisserie chicken sub had maybe 3 actual pieces of chicken...they stuffed it so full of lettuce and veggies youcouldn't tell until you were eating it. Now each of these are online orders, if I'm in person it's fine because I can physicallysee them make the sandwich. Read more

Ordered online. Waited the time. Went in and they said they never got an order. Then they ?found? my order. I was understanding.... Had 3 sandwiches. All 3 was made so wrong. Then I found hair baked into the top of mine ???? We took them back for a refund butthey said they couldn?t give a refund due to no manager being there. So the refund is pending ???? Read more
