Drive though takes forever, in the lobby takes longer. A bunch of young teens all goofing off and wasting customers money. Why... are they singing through the drive through? Completely irresponsibly staffed and unmanaged. Such a shame. Read more
Dirty, flies all over, overfilled trash cans, and staff sitting around between customers. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes... and saw roughly 6 cuctomers come in. At one point three staff members were chatting in the waiting area, I asked if they had afly swatter and was told no, but that they chase the flies around with a towel when they have time. Starbucks hit a new low. I was already tired of paying $7 for cup of coffe. Today I ordered Venti White Moca as I usually do, I... usually get it hot. I got to work and my cup is literally straight coffe, no sugar no milk. I paid premium for cup of blackcoffe. So I?m done with this place. Read more
As someone else who works in the food and beverage industry I really don't aim to clock others for how they do their job....... however there is MAJOR difference between the 2 drinks here. I ordered a green iced tea and I was handed a lemonade. I asked thebarista if this was green tea and looked right at me and they said YES.... clearly it is not green tea and they kept looking atme like I was wrong but clearly THEY HAVE 0 KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR OWN PRODUCT. The is the first and most important thing is to knowyour product and they failed horribly. I would never serve my customers a drink or food that didn't match what they ordered.I've been a barista for 5 years at Starbucks in thr past so either this company is encouraging now their baristas to not care orthis location (not my first bad experience) is just not good. They fixed my drink but said sorry and moved on without even beingsincere. We all want to pay for what we asked for and it's a shame knowing on their end there is 0 effort being made. Get ittogether!
