* CHOSE THIS LOCATION being it was close to where my Mother was getting an operation. This was my first time ever to Popeyes,... buttttt I'll go to another location. They took over 30 minutes in the drive-thru ( I ordered all white meat, which should beonly breasts). At the time the Manager was very nice and then apologetic for the time delay. Which was the right thing, andrespected. Didn't check the order because the delay caused me to be further behind (again not a HUGE thing). Thingshappen. Called them to let them know because it was frustrating after waiting for a specialty order. Spoke to the same Managerfrom before who then ARGUED he only put white meat in. All but called me a liar and then said he'd want a picture to prove heput white meat in. Normally I'd let it go.. but since the Manager was ridiculously rude and wanted a picture... decided toshare per his request. ???? Wish the calls were recorded for Popeyes to listen. Read more
The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good and spicy. I actually preferred just The Chicken Sandwich. That was all I ordered, no... fries and no drink,just came for a quick bite Ordered in drive up, pulled up to window and paid, they then handed me mySandwich and then left. The worst service I have ever had with this. Myself and a friend came in and order some food and then ended up waiting for my... order for about an hour and never received it. I then went in to The establishment and got a refund but never still got my foodthat I had asked for. This place as really bad reviews, I tried it anyways and it wasn't the best experience. I tried some nuggets and they were sort... of cold. The fries were also somewhat cold. The chicken Sandwich was good like normal so I wasn't really upset. They by far havethe best chicken Sandwich around. If you're just getting a chicken Sandwich, you'll be good. If you're getting other things,avoid this place. Read more
We weren?t impressed with this location. We ordered using the app but we?re forced to pickup inside instead of at the drive... through because ?their system was messed up.? Went inside and they had our order ?on hold? instead of ready to go. So we had towait while it was made. When we got our order we asked for extra sauces but they gave us very few. Asked again and they gave usthe wrong sauce. After all that our items were shoved together in a single box, rather than separated into separate boxes likethe order placed by a family member at the same time. After all that, our meal was short one piece of chicken. My advice? If youwant Popeye?s, skip this West Valley location and go to Jordan Landing. Read more
Purchased a 20 piece chicken tenders family meal using the app. We chose potatoes and gravy for one of the sides which was... mainly just mashed potatoes with just a slight amount of gravy. Maybe a couple of teaspoons of gravy if even that much. We didnot get any of the sauces that we ordered. No butter or honey for the biscuits. Tenders were cold. A very expensive meal thatwasn't worth the money. Called to talk to the manager. Her excuse was that she had new employees. No offer to make things right.Very disappointed.
