Our delivery was 1 HOUR late. And this was for a work meeting. HORRIBLE experience. I understand things happen but don't accept... delivery orders if you can not fulfill them. I would have found a way to pick it up if I had known it was going to be this bad.REALLY bad experience. Read more

Our pizza looked like a sheet of cardboard and when we got the pizza it looked old and like a left over pizza from a day or two.... it was way over priced for what we got. Don't expect us to come back any time soon!!! IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! Read more

Ordered a big dinner box that never came. Kept calling and asking what was going on and they said maybe driver was lost. Then... she said to go check outside. Like what do you think we?ve been doing? Asked for a refund but by reading these other reviews imguessing im never gonna get it. Read more

We always have problems with this local and manager gave me a lame excuse; "the order sent to another pizza hut" when the order... is actually sent to this local and gave me none. Believes me this is my fourth times inventive with this and delivery guys howthey gave us their matter. Read more

Used DoorDash to deliver our pizza, though we ordered it directly from the website. Concern #1 Text updates were lacking... information (at best). Concern #2 We found our pizza left at the door, no knock, no doorbell, nothing, while the latest text wereceived was that it was on its way. Concern #3. The pizza was lukewarm and still never received a confirmation it wasdelivered. While DoorDash is not necessarily Pizza Hut?s fault, if we wanted poor service from DoorDash, we would have used theapp instead of ordering from Pizza Hut directly. Ordered on line. Food never came. Called store, and no response. Tried to call other places with Pizza Hut still no help. Drove... to the store an hour and half later, due to the hold on my card and no food. Was meet by a grumpy Employee who was also no helpand all he would do is shout they were closed. Called Pizza Hut customer service was told I would have a response in a couple ofhours still no response. Don?t order through the app, and this store is going through some rough time. New Manager, very nice, personable! Just got off work, needed a quick pizza. Put in order, paid, stopped & returned the quoted... 12-15 min. Mmm... so good ! Sorry...couldn't wait ! They are only open till 8pm for now ! Read more

This review is regarding the Pizza Hut on 4700 S 1929 W. I ordered a pizza for delivery with Extra Pepperoni. When it arrived,... it had an average of one pepperoni per slice. I tried calling to explain the problem. I called ten times (not exaggeration).Each time the call was routed to a call center. Four times I was hung up on, five times I was told they would route me to thelocal store, only to end up back at the call center, one time I was supposedly routed to the 24/7 corporate number, which, ofcourse, routed back to a call center. The reason I was told I would be routed to the corporate number? The local store?s phonenumber was disconnected. This about 20 minutes after having ordered from that store online. I don?t know what is going on withthis store or Pizza Hut in general. Obviously I will never order from them again. And to you, the pizza-buying public, be waryof this store and you had better hope your order is perfect because there is absolutely no recourse if it is otherwise. Norecourse other than disputing the charge on your card, which is what I will be doing. I strongly suggest you order from someother company. Clearly this is terrible management and abysmal customer service all rolled into one deceptive package.
