Pizza was ordered at 4:05 PM with an estimated pickup of about 4:40. When I arrived I was told that the person that was there... had been by herself and that my pizza would be an additional 15 minutes. I did not receive my pizza until almost 5:30. If I hadany other choice at that point I would have canceled my order and gone elsewhere. While waiting in the the store the employees'conversation gave the distinct impression of a sinking ship. This location seems to be in desperate need of new leadership or tobe put out of their misery. Pizza was fine once finally received hence the two stars. Read more
Ordered my pizza at 4:30, I checked the app so see where it was out in production and it was still on prep at 6, I called the... store and asked about my order, was told that they are behind on deliveries so it would be a while, I offered to come pick myorder up because we were all really hungry, the girl I talked to told me it would still be forever because they are only workingon delivery orders right now, (mine was a delivery order) I was just trying to help them not be so behind but instead I had tocancel my order. It's gotten better since last time I ordered 4 months ago it was terrible. I still feel they can improve and their food should... be fresh not overcooked or old. So need improvement but I have faith they'll get better as long as every customer is honest onreviews and calls the store if their bot happy with order. We don?t typically order Dominoes Pizza but every once in awhile my husband will get gift cards from work. On Sunday afternoon... I ordered 2 large speciality pizzas. They were half off so good price. Sent my husband to pick up and the card reader for giftcards wasn?t working so the store gave it to us for free. I appreciate the good customer service.
