Previously I was saying 5 stars but they changed the chicken strips and everything is more expensive. Not only is the breading... different but the chicken is smaller strips and not nearly as good. I hope it is just a supply chain issue and they are able togo back to what it was. Extremely disappointed in the quality and the price. Read more
This place used to be great a year ago but now the staff is terrible. They forget something every time I come. Last time was the... shake and this time its the fries. We ordered 4 meals.. it Took over 30 mins. The drive through was the most aweful wait. They had multiple employees out back... reviving their car engine while customers tried to order. In front of me. I got to the window. They didn't give us napkins, nostraws, never apologized for the long wait. When I asked to speak to a manager the kid literally shrugged his shoulders and said"not my issue"and left me waiting for my food. By the time. I got my hamburger my chicken sandwich was cold. Normally a wonderful place. Today my husband went over to this location after getting off work. He ordered our our food. Gave... the lady his card. Paid for the items. As he was sitting at the window. He noticed 6 people working. 3 of them were at theregister staring off into space. The same lady he paid for the food. Came back to the drive-thru window and asked him what hewas waiting for. He said "my food." She handed him the food. He got home and handed my mushroom burger to me. There was no pattyon the burger. Just mushroom and shredded lettuce held together by cheese. We wont be coming back to this location in thefuture. Read more
Fantastic Ranch Combo meal. Good burger with Hot Fries and a Cold Dr. Pepper. Lobby is still closed, used the drive through and... it was fast. Order was correct. Friendly staff helped me out. Easy to see from main road. Has easy access also. Place looks alittle run down. But the quality of food is what counts. Read more
I will never visit this restaurant again. First of all this place is a dump. The floors were sticky the restroom was filthy and... smelled. The service is awefull. When we pulled up there were 5 cars in the drive thru. 35 minutes later we had not moved asingle inch. We went into the store to order and the store had 2 groups of people. It was not busy. I don't know why they are soslow. But it is this way every visit. The food is fine. But the halibut has changed. The price is 15$ but it is half the size itused to be and honestly I do not think it was halibut. The worst part about this low grade food establishment is the fact thatthey are priced higher than every single other fast food establishment. A large soda with tax was 3.59. the small fry and 4small fish sticks was 14.99 a small shake 5 +$ Don't go here they do not offer the quality they used to the have low gradeproducts and outrageous prices.
