So went to get my son some nuggets. Lights on and all. Look it up and it says on Google they don't close until midnight. The... sign on the door says they don't close until midnight. It's 11pm, no one responding to the drive thru order menu thing. So driveto the window. The worker loading the ice machine says they closed at 11p? We said oh, well your window says 12a. The patties on the whopper sandwiches we ordered were 75% burnt, fries were room temperature and loaded with salt. When I went... back to the counter to get the ranch that was missing, the expedite lady was on Facebook. After waiting a while and still notbeing noticied, I got her attention and she handed some to me. We didn't complain, just ate what we could stand and thenleft. Will not be returning though. The food was decent however I ordered through your app and thought it would be quicker than usual. What happened was the... opposite of that. I waited 20 minutes in line and when I finally got to the window I had to wait another 10 minutes becausethey hadn't even started filling my order. Should not have to wait 1/2 hr for fast food. Update 7/4/21 I ordered my meal againthru the app thinking maybe it would be faster. Again I had to wait 20 minutes in 90° weather in a car with no ac for my orderto be prepared. I think Burger King needs to revisit it's delivery process for online orders and have the meal ready for pickup when the customer arrives. After all if you have to wait in the drive thru line just to let them know you have a pick uporder then wait 20 minutes for the order to be prepared what advantage does the customer have in ordering off the app? It's adeterrent that will prevent customers from wanting to go to Burger King for their food. I hope this issue is address and abetter pick up solution is found. Because Burger King has some good food and I would recommend it to my friends and family butfor this one drawback I would not promote ordering off the app ahead of time. Read more
