Disappointing. We were seated quickly. No one came for a drink order or to deliver the salsa and chips for over 20 minutes. It... took almost an hour for the food to be brought to the table. Prices were way higher than the menu stated. Read more
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. They messed my food up 4 times because she never wrote the order down... with no sour cream. I requested no sour cream not 1 time but 3 times. The waitress thought she was going to argue with me. Mamat the end of the day I am the customer, just fix my food. The forth time they just wiped my burrito and added more cheese butyou could still see the sour cream. When I asked for the manager she was just as bad as our waitress. I requested to take theplate off of my bill, she preceded to tell us we would not eat then, and yanked my daughters plate away from her as she wasstill eating. I took the plate and she said she was calling the cops. 4 greer city officers showed up. The guy that helped mewas very nice, and thought it was ridiculous he had to even come. Needless to say I had my food removed and was escorted out ofthe restaurant. DO NOT EAT AT THE MONTEREY IN GREER. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Read more
I?m going to start off by saying we really enjoy their food. We went to eat there tonight and the hostess took my name and that... we had a table of 2. I asked how long. Her response was ?I don?t know? so I said well are you thinking 5 minutes or an hour? Sheagain said ?I don?t know?. I understand every place is short handed. An estimate of time would have helped. We ended up crossingthe parking lot and going to a neighboring restaurant. Wr would have waited but we really needed some estimate of time. We willtry again on another night. Read more
