I will go out of my way to avoid this location. Granted they were very busy, but my order always seems to take forever. Its for... 2 people so not a huge order, just 2 meals. After we have stopped here multiple times, i asked what about this order takes solong. I use the app order ahead and still just wait and wait while you serve drive thru. One kid told me it was a large orderafter they serves several people with multiple bags. The another told me its the fried filet of chicken. Standard food item. They just value inside customers less. They even marked my order done and handed me drinks where i waited for some time beforethey gave me the food. On top of it. The order was not filled correctly. While i love chickfila- taylors continues to be anissue to me. I will go out of my way to laurens rd everytime. Read more
My family and I love this location. The food is ALWAYS hot and the milkshakes are always frosty. They have not once made an... order incorrectly or left anything out of our order, unlike the location in Greer who cannot complete a whole order withoutleaving something out or without refrying old food in an attempt to get orders fulfilled in a hurry. I had a huge order for 11 people for curb side pickup. They had it ready in under 5 minutes, and everything was absolutely spot... on, including condiments! Great service and the food was great quality as well. Read more
You cannot go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Stopped in the drive-thru to get one of their peach milkshakes for my daughter. I love... that they have a real person standing outside to make sure they get your order right and they WALK the food out to your carrather than handing it through a window. These people know how to serve. And the milkshake was top-notch. They deserve myhighest praise. Read more
It was very pleasant. I ordered the Cobb Salad it was a very generous portion and was very filling, everyone I was with enjoyed... the food. Service was on par with other locations with our party getting checked on twice for refills. I also took a trip to thewashroom, which were clean and roomy. I'm giving it 5 stars even though they have messed up my order several times. But it was mostly little things like not putting... ketchup or sauces in the bag. I think twice they messed up the food but I eat here a lot so a few mess up is understandable. Andas always the staff is always very nice and friendly. And the service is very fast. Only takes a couple minutes for when youenter the parking lot to when you get your food. That's why I gave it 5 stars. Read more
You can dine in in now. All the tables minus one in the entrance is available for seating. The playground was open as well. No... one is required to wear masks except for the workers. Icecream can now be served in cones! Everything was very clean, freshfood, and workers were attentive. They've updated a few things too. So glad to dine in again!! Read more
Delicious as always. If Chick-fil-A workers could run the dmv or plan the I-85 traffic patterns( if we're thinking big) we would... all be much happier people. Read more
