Food was okay. Drive through should not take over ten minutes. Prices are getting too high.
Sliders were so fresh, had to let them cool off before eating . So we're the hash rounds. Great customer service!
I got fish nuggets and sm fry. Love the nuggets! 2 cars, not long to get to the window, I was happy. Then the dreaded, pull... ahead. I waited so very long. Had to pull to the next window, while 5 cars were served and left behind me. What takes solong! They said to give me fresh fries, but we know that only takes 4 minutes. Super slow, I've never seen so many people leave a drive through line in my life. The fella working the window was beyond rude.... The food was decent though, not worth the wait though. Especially being a White Castle, I'd much rather go to the one down theroad. Read more
Stopped by for burgers. Kitchen was slow & disorganized. 20 - 30 min waiting for food. Man next to me called in order, got there... in 20 min to pick it up. Waited 30 more min b 4 he got order. Too much to complain about. Orders, including mine, were wrong. Goto another White Castle. Update: a gal from this White Castle called me. I was traveling and not in the area. She wanted toknow why I complained. She asked me the name of the person who waited on me. I said I did not know. She was silent for a while.Then She kept on about it & I said she should be able to look at the schedule for that day & time to find out. She was verydrifty and hung up on me. Try the new 1921 slider, it's good. Kind of like a deluxe burger with bigger patty, lettuce, tomato and pickle.
Was a late night drive thru run but food was fresh and staff was good too.
