Literally the worst. We went into the drive through and were told to come in to order because they were doing shift change. So... we did. Then we waited 30 minutes while everyone in the drive through got served. So why were we told to come in if the drivethrough was going to get served first??? So after waiting 30 minutes my husband stood at the counter for another 10 minutesasking for a refund so that we could leave only to be blatantly ignored. Employees literally looked directly at him and did notrespond to him at all. Not even to assure us that someone would take care of it momentarily. They might as well just shut thislocation down. They clearly don't have the staff to run it properly. If I had time to wait 45+ minutes for food I wouldn't begoing to a "fast food" joint. Read more
This specific Wendy's is always fresh and accurate, and one of the very few fast food restaurants from which I'll order bacon on... a sandwich. I put it at 4 stars for this particular visit because they were rushing and really undercooked our fries. Theywere busy, I get it, and I still like this location. Read more
Took 30 minutes to get our food, and when we actually got it the burgers were cold. Our drinks were all carbon, not flavored at... all, and our fries weren't full. I really had a taste for Wendy's, to go from that to literally throwing the whole meal in thetrash was disheartening. Especially for my boys, who love Wendy's and whose idea it was to go there. They are usually out of a lot of products. But I just want to say how awesome it is that they show up. After all the mean... comments and hateful things that are said to them they still show up. I was unhappy with my visit. I went through the drive through and ordered a Dave's single with extra onions. It came with a... medium drink and medium fries. Well no extra onions, no straw and no napkins, the bill was over $10 dollars. The burger had abland taste to it. The young girl at the window was rude, no smile or nice greeting. I asked for some sour cream. thet asked if I would pull up cuz I had to wait for my order. so I did when the guy came out with... my food I checked my bag and to my surprise no sour cream that I asked for just 45sec. ago I don't know if the girl at theregister didn't think I was going to check or come back through but surprise I did and I said I just now asked you for sourcream and here I get my bag no sour cream...I get home the two large chocolate frosties are half full and not even cold.....Not happy . Love it.. but their fries ???? were warm at best. Did see a sign suggesting if the fries weren't hot they will make a hot... batch of fries. I did want to hold up the line nor did I want to wait a long period of time. Good customer service. Read more
