The older lady with pink hair was extremely rude to me for no reason at all. She took forever to respond at the drive through,... then was extremely snappy. I said please and thank you and she was still just as rude as could be. I get to the window and she'sgiving me dirty looks, I said thank you everytime she handed me something and she just glared at me. I said thanks have a niceday and she just looked at me like she wanted to punch me. I've never been treated so rudely at any restaurant in my life. Itwas totally uncalled for and I won't be back. I got the new pub sandwich (which I love so I talked my family into trying) so I got 3 of those , and some unrelated food for... other family not interested in that sandwich. I also ordered 3 frostys (2 strawberry and one chocolate) , I watched the employeeput a brand new strawberry bag in, so I understood that it needed a few minutes to freeze. They kept apologizing, as the machinecontinued to act up, I wasn't concerned, it wasn't more than maybe 20 minutes of my time in total. I went inside btw. Went here for a breakfast run this morning and the man at the speaker asked me what came in the breakfast Baconator because he... had "no idea". I thought he was trying to be funny until I came home to find there was only cheese and bacon in the sandwich.Not to mention the two other sandwiches in the order were missing cheese and sauce. It is nice to know that it was almost 15dollars for basically bread and dry sandwiches. At least the potatoes were decent. Read more
By far the worst order I have ever received by 2 of the worst employees I have ever seen. Fries looked like they purposefully... sprinkled all the burnt crumbs on them. The chicken sandwich was so disgusting, like it was drenched in oil after it was cooked.I absolutely want to speak to someone in corporate if they see this. Read more

Staff was short handed, but they stayed very friendly the whole time. Line was long but I give them a lot of credit for the work... they were doing. Just went there thru drive thru ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit a classic sausage egg and cheese and a med potato. Tell... me why I have no chicken on my biscuit ? Called to complain and no one answers the phone. Definitely do better Wendy?s ! Read more
The last time I went there I got a grilled Asiago sandwich it was great. Then when I returned for another because it was so good... before I was very disappointed. The bacon was hard like rubber and the chicken was not very good. I guess I have to go before5pm. Read more
