Worst service ever. Everyday they only doing drinks, NO FOOD. CLOSE THIS LOCATION THEN.
I had avioded this Tim Hortons for a very long time! However I've been back everyday this past two weeks as one of my employees... informed me they have new staff. The new staff is amazing! Its just two ladies that are there Monday thru Friday and they aredoing a fabulous job! Food is always hot and correct! The coffee is point on! The best part of all is I never have to wait evenwhen they have a long line they get the line moving. I was shocked when I found out there is only two of them working as theyget everyone in and out fast and with accuracy. So convent to be able to come back to this Tim Hortons. I haven't been to this location in a long time and I will say customer service is AWESOME!!!!!!!! However, the food was old, my... niece had hair in her breakfast sandwich And my egg was molded!!!!! $10 dollars wasted for the $2 for 5 sandwiches!! Be verycareful if eating here!!!! I took my sandwich apart and didn't realize the nasty egg until eating half the sandwich. My niecessausage was pink and not cooked on her sandwich. Customer Service great!! Food is old and horrible!!!!!!! My son's sausagesandwich had a molded egg as well!!!!!!!! Wish I took better pics!!! I was so mad I just told them throw it all away!!!!! Read more
This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Michigan period. I live near this location (Eureka and Allen Road; Taylor, MichiganTim... . Ninety percent 90% of the time they don?t have what I want? Always saying they are fixing iced drink machines, doesn?t matterwhat time of the day. The last time I was there, about two days ago, I pulled out of the line because of lousy service. This location has got to be one of the consistent worst service locations ever. I am constantly disappointed and it never gets... any better. There ice capps taste horrible like they switched a main ingredient to a cheaper substitute. Just when I think yallcant get any worse there was a large eggshell in my breakfast sandwich. ????????It was gross and I don't understand how nobodysaw this.The people working people inside NEVER wear masks or gloves. I stopped at the Tim Hortons in Taylor on Eureka Rd. They were doing a major cleaning the place looked fantastic as I watched... one employee stood out as a very dedicated,hard,and thorough worker her name is Brittney B. Tim Hortons keep her she makes yourstore look outstanding. The staff at this store are very helpful friendly and thorough the place is spotless the food is greatI'll be back I highly recommend this Tim Hortons. Read more
This is the slowest tim Hortons I have ever seen, even there are no customers. They will not care about the customer service at... all. Hygiene that?s the last they care about. *****Updated review: Today I went inside the restaurant and all I see are bugs andflies on the food.
