Worst service ever. Everyday they only doing drinks, NO FOOD. CLOSE THIS LOCATION THEN.
I had avioded this Tim Hortons for a very long time! However I've been back everyday this past two weeks as one of my employees... informed me they have new staff. The new staff is amazing! Its just two ladies that are there Monday thru Friday and they aredoing a fabulous job! Food is always hot and correct! The coffee is point on! The best part of all is I never have to wait evenwhen they have a long line they get the line moving. I was shocked when I found out there is only two of them working as theyget everyone in and out fast and with accuracy. So convent to be able to come back to this Tim Hortons. I haven't been to this location in a long time and I will say customer service is AWESOME!!!!!!!! However, the food was old, my... niece had hair in her breakfast sandwich And my egg was molded!!!!! $10 dollars wasted for the $2 for 5 sandwiches!! Be verycareful if eating here!!!! I took my sandwich apart and didn't realize the nasty egg until eating half the sandwich. My niecessausage was pink and not cooked on her sandwich. Customer Service great!! This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Michigan period. I live near this location (Eureka and Allen Road; Taylor, MichiganTim... . Ninety percent 90% of the time they don?t have what I want? Always saying they are fixing iced drink machines, doesn?t matterwhat time of the day. The last time I was there, about two days ago, I pulled out of the line because of lousy service.
