Employees exemplify genuine Canadian niceness. App doesn?t work super well, but the staff is fantastic. I had a free birthday... reward (item/beverage), and had trouble with the app to scan to get the free item. Drive-thru employee was very understandingand gave me the free item anyway. Read more

I?ve started to come here in the morning because the gentlemen taking my order and serving me at the window are incredibly... sweet. They are so adorable and literally make my day. And my order is always made how I ask for it. I?ve been to so many timhortons that are so inconsistent with this coffee, not this one. Love this place!!!!! Read more
I love the way they made my Irish cream cold brew with cold foam. The drink itself was beautiful. The foam didn't get absorbed... by the coffee or ice and turn the whole drink into liquid. There was still foam at the very last sip. I got a medium becausethey are doing an offer for free medium cold brews on the weekend if you use the app. The line was long and moved slowly on aSunday morning, but it was worth the wait. Read more
