I placed a mobile order parked couldn't get my food from inside I was told. I had to go back and get in line @ the drive thru... which was a 25 min wait, I kid you not. Ordered breakfast. After I paid for my order I was told by someone from the kitchen that they was done serving breakfast. Didn't... refund or take my new order, just asked me what I wanted and then got it wrong. Will not stop at this location again. Read more

Order a nacho bell grande meal, got a container of chips with cold globs of beans no meat hardly, no sour cream or tomato?s on... it and this was at 830 at night? This used to be one of the better Taco Bell?s around too, I guess I?ll stick to the new one onNorthline because I wouldn?t feed my dog what this place gave me. Don?t even waste your time with this Taco Bell, forgot three of my items & everything in the bag was poorly made & wet. Yet... these are the same people who think they deserve 15 a hour what a joke!!! Read more

This particular location at Pelham Road and Allen was the most friendly customer service we've had in a long time! Food was good... but kudos to the staff! And this location wasn't as busy as most. Plus it was recently renovated! Read more

I always come to this location and never have issues with the staff. However yesterday at around 6pm I ordered my food the women... taking my order was rude and some how things got confused. Which was not a big deal. She rang me up for a deluxe something. Ithad like 10 tacos or something. I was trying to get the 5 dollar box. She was kinda quick when ordering so I didn?t get a chanceto ask why it was so high. I get to the window and figure out why. So I ask if she can just give me a burrito and drink. Becausethat?s not what I was trying to order. She slams the window and I can here say well it?s already made. Now I can see why thatwould upset them but at the same time things happen. She opens the window and tells me her manager said i have to pull around inthis long line and reorder my food because they can?t fix that at the window. That upset me. how would that even be somethingyou would suggest as a manager? Then she proceeded to slam the window and lock it. Wth! I wave at her to speak to her and askthe managers name and also hers and she throws her hands up At me and slams it again. I had to call back today just to get themanagers name from a different shift. Debbie that works at this taco bell is absolutely going to drag the place down giving thatkind of customer service. I called another Taco Bell and they tell me Yea we get stuff about that one all the time andapologized. Never again. The worst! Read more
