I actually LOVE Pancho?s and had been craving it since moving away. I was in town the other day and ordered take out for me and... my husband. When I went to pick my food up, I used the restroom. I wish I hadn?t. There was puke in the sink, gross but Iunderstand you can?t clean it after every use but then the smell of raw sewage and the obvious water line from water damagestarting screaming at me. I rarely complain about my food from Panchos. Since most of the time it is always good. But when I do complain they can be some... of the rudest people. I ordered 3 steak tacos and they were not good. I have been ordering steak tacos from them since I was 21and now 51. They didn't offer me a replacement or an APOLOGY. Just look at what I brought back and gave me my money back for 2not 3. Because one was eaten. This was the Panchos on Telegraph. I try not to order from them, because the one on dix road inLincoln Park is the best. But I live in Taylor, so I wanted something closer.
