This location is the worse. They told my fiancé that he’s a white boy who needs to learn to count change.. and tossed the... change at him. The manager wouldn’t release her name. Unsure if Amber was her name or not. But we need a contact number asapon who to talk to about this. Everyone here should be fired. This McDonald's location is so bad! Every time I come here there's an issue. This time they forgot all the sauce (that they made... sure I paid extra for), the nuggets were so dry my 7 year old wouldn't even eat them and halfway home I realized that theydidn't even give me my drink! I'm not kidding when I say that there is a problem every time we come here. It won't happen againbecause I will never go back. Took 12 minutes to get our food after being told to pull up and wait had to go in and ask about it. Was told lady was making it.... And she had the audacity to answer her personal cell phone. and stops making my order. One of the Worst McDonald's experienceever Read more
TERRIBLE! I ordered a large order of Fry's , TWO big mac's (buy one get one for $1.) and a cheeseburger. I had to pull over and... wait and got home to find the fries, TWO cheeseburgers and ONE big Mac. Also I used a code to get a large fries for $1 and wascharged on my debit card AND paid cash at the window!! Read more
Within the play area we were able to entertain the kids and set down our burdened behinds. Apologies are unwarranted yet I... relinquish the right. What is going on here? Is McDonald's going out of business and u need to jip ppl out of fries & drinks? Not only was our pop not... full but it was flat so I paid $35 for 5 half full flat pops, 4 half full fries and a chicken sandwich that was super overcooked properly hours old dry and cursty and no sauce for 2 nugget meals. I'm so disappointed. When I was younger McDonald'swas a reward and all the kids were so happy. Today I ordered it for my nieces And nephew and couldn't return it to the store andhave them fix it but we should never be given this lousy food. Read more
Took a while to get waited on I can now understand why I do not go to McDonald's very often, will probably be quite a while... before I go back. The employees did not seem to be enjoying their jobs and seem to be bothered by having to wait on a customerinside. But their drive-thru was very busy so maybe they just need more help? Not really sure but as I said it will probably bea while before I return to a McDonald's. Read more
Took a while for someone to take order at the counter. Kiosk ordering available, but I don't use those usually. Tables could... have been cleaner. Person who brought out food was nice and helpful. Didn't like drinks were not self serve. Also didn't like Icouldn't get condiments and napkins myself. Bathroom was pretty clean. Read more
