The woman that helped us was super friendly & fast! Great customer service. However, the temperature inside the store was so... hot! She looked over heated & we could not stay in the store to enjoy our ice cream at the tables because it was so hot inside. Tonight I received terrible customer service. I ordered a large milkshake and I received a small milkshake I had only realized... because of the total when I told the employee that he had only charged me for a small instead of a large he responded ?wow. Canyou ask him to make it I have to mop and sweep.? That is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate I was there before closingtime and I do not feel that it is good customer service to rush out your customers while they are there still with plenty oftime to spare before close.
